Return House

Transitional Residence

For young men ages 16 - 22 with a history of DCF involvement that could include homelessness, involvement with the Juvenile Justice system, and behavioral support needs.

This 6-12 month program provides 24-hour support to help these young men achieve their goals and make a successful transition from DCF care back to their communities.  Key to this program is the positive relationships that our staff develop with residents. Aftercare services may be provided following completion of the program.
